Step 1: Click on the Windows icon on your Desktop and type Control Panel in the search box. Click on the result.
Step 2: In the Control Panel window, click on System and Security.
Step 3: In the System and Security window, click on Security and Maintenance.
Step 4: In the Security and Maintenance window, click on Change User Account Control Settings on the left side of the pane.
Step 5: Next, in the User Account Control Settings window, slide the slider on the left to any of the top 3 choices between Always Notify to Never Notify. That means any other option than never notify.
Now, simply reboot your system for the changes to be effective.
Method 2: How to Fix the “This Can’t Open Error in Windows 10 Using Windows Store
Step 1: Click on the Windows icon on your Desktop and type Powershell in the search box. Right-click on the result and click on Run as Administrator to open the Powershell window with Administrator rights.
Step 2: In the Powershell window run the below command hit Enter:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Now, close the Powershell window and restart your computer for the changes to be effective.
Method 3: How to Fix the “This Can’t Open Error in Windows 10 Using Troubleshooter
Step 1: Click on the Windows icon on your Desktop and type Troubleshooting in the search box. Click on the result – Troubleshoot Settings. It will take you to the Troubleshoot category in the Settings app.
Step 2: Under the Troubleshoot category in the Settings app, scroll down to the Windows Store Apps section. Click on the Run the troubleshooter button below it.
Step 3: It will start detecting the problems. If there’s a problem, it will offer you the option to Reset the apps. In that case, you simply need to press the Reset button. Once completed, you can restart your PC for the changes to be effective.
If there’s no problem, it will display a message – Troubleshooting couldn’t identify the problem. In that case, you can click on Close to exit.
