Why Safari can’t open or load webpage?
Safari is the native web browser on your iPhone and all the other Apple devices. But the problem that you are having with your browser can be due to one of the many reasons. Generally, the build up website data can cause problems from you opening up a new website. Apart from that, the website restrictions placed on the iPhone can play a huge role behind the scenes.

Fix 1 – Remove all website data from Safari
Safari keeps some of the site data whenever you surf online. So, you must remove all the website data from the Safari browser.
Step 1 – To do this, you must load up the Settings page.
Step 2 – Next, touch to open the “Apps” tab.
Step 3 – Inside the Apps table, open the “Safari” settings.
Step 4 – After you have opened it, scroll all the way bottom of the page and open the “Advanced” category.
Step 5 – Tap to open the “Website Data” panel.
Step 6 – Scroll to the bottom of that page as well and tap on “Remove All Website Data” from there.
Once you have removed all the site data, you can try to load the webpage once again.
Fix 2 – Revoke the restriction from over the Safari contents
There are possible web restrictions at place that can restrict Safari from loading up the web pages or specific webpages.
Step 1 – To do that, load up the Settings page and open the “Screen Time“.
Step 2 – Next, open up the “Content & Privacy Restrictions” module.
Step 3 – If that is enacted, you can open up the “Store, Web, Siri & Game Center Content“.
Step 4 – Open the “Web Content” option.
Step 5 – Choose the “Unrestricted” mode from there.
Try to access the webpage in Safari. Check if this works.
Fix 3 – Edit the DNS servers manually
The issue that you are having with Safari can be linked directly to DNS server settings.
Step 1 – Go to the iPhone Settings and reach the “Wi-Fi” settings.
Step 2 – Tap the “i” button beside the Wi-Fi that you are using.
Step 3 – Find the ‘DNS Settings’ in there. Tap to change that.
Step 6 – Make sure to set this to “Manual” mode.
Step 7 – Once you have manual control, delete the DNS Servers in there. Tap the “Delete” to delete the server information.
Step 8 – Now, to add the servers, tap the “Add Server” option there.
