The IPv4 DNS address in your PC should be either set to Obtain DNS server address automatically or set to some DNS address provided by your Internet Service Provider. What you can do is set the DNS address on your PC to Google DNS server address. Follow these steps to change DNS address in your PC:
Step 1: Go to the bottom right side of your screen to find the Network icon on the Taskbar. It is the icon which lets you connect to WiFi networks on your PC. On the Network icon make a right-click, and from the options, select the Open Network and Sharing Center option to open the Network and Sharing Center window.
Step 2: In the Network and Sharing Center window, go to the View your active networks section. There make a click on the network you are currently connected to. Your current network would be available in front of the Connections option, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: In the Reset and clean up section of Advanced Chrome settings, click on the Restore settings to their original defaults option. This will confirm if you want to reset the browser. Confirm, and once the reset is complete, restart Chrome and check if it fixed the error or not.
Fix 6 – Update Chrome To Fix ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED Error
If you are using an older version of Chrome, then this might be the reason, you are getting the Tunnel Connection Failure error. Check if a newer version of Chrome is available. If yes, update Chrome and see if the issue is resolved. Here are the steps to follow to update Chrome:
