Step 1: Firstly, make sure you are signed into your Google account on your Android device. It is with this same account that you need to sign in to the Google Chrome web browser on your PC.

Step 2: Once you are signed into your Android device with your Google account, open your PC, and on your PC, click here to navigate to Google Play Store.

Note: If you still can’t get to resolve the You don’t have any devices error, then your device might not be compatible with the application that you are trying to install.
