Solution
Step 1: Firstly, make sure you are signed into your Google account on your Android device. It is with this same account that you need to sign in to the Google Chrome web browser on your PC.
Step 2: Once you are signed into your Android device with your Google account, open your PC, and on your PC, click here to navigate to Google Play Store.
Once you are at the Google Play Store website, at the top right corner of the page, click on the profile icon.
Step 3: From the profile menu that expands out, click on the option Library & devices.
Step 4: On the page that follows, click on the tab named Devices.
On the Devices tab, under the Your devices section, check the checkbox corresponding to the device that you want to be made available. That’s it.
Step 5: Now go back to the application that you want to install on your mobile device using your PC. Click on the Reload icon at the top of the window.

Note: If you still can’t get to resolve the You don’t have any devices error, then your device might not be compatible with the application that you are trying to install. Another reason could be that you are logged into 2 different Google accounts on your PC and on your Android device. You need the same account on both the devices. Also, if you are trying to install an Android application on your iOS device, that also is not going to work.
