TeamViewer does not show ID or Password [Fix]

Many Windows users have recently reported an issue regarding the TeamViewer application. They said they were unable to get the ID or Password after launching the TeamViewer app on their system. Since they were unable to log in without the ID or Password, this left users frustrated. This could probably be because of some problem with the TeamViewer application itself or the TeamViewer service present on the system.

If you are going through a similar situation, here is the solution for fixing this problem.

How to Fix TeamViewer does not show ID or Password

Step 1: Open the Run command box by pressing the Windows and R keys together on the keyboard.

Step 2: Once the run box opens, type services.msc in its textbox and press Enter key.

1 Run Services Optimized

Step 3: After the services app launches, search for the service called TeamViewer.

Step 4: Right-click on it and select Restart from the context menu as shown in the image below.

Restart Teamviewer Service 11zon

Step 5: After the service has restarted, you can close the Services app window.

Step 6: Now try launching the TeamViewer app and you must get an ID and Password in the TeamViewer app.

Note that, you have to wait for few seconds till they appear.

This is how you can resolve the no id or password issue with the TeamViewer app.
