Every time you have launched the Google Chrome application on your Windows system, have you noticed there is this annoying pop-up called Who is using Chrome? page. Right? Many Windows users have complained that they do not know how to get rid of this pop-up every time they open the chrome browser.
Well, there is a small setting that needs to be changed for this pop-up to hide and not appear every time some user tries to launch the chrome application on their system. This article guides you on how you can disable or enable the Who is using Chrome pop-up after opening the chrome browser.
How to Disable Who is using Chrome Pop up after launching the Chrome app
Step 1: Press the Windows key and type google chrome on the keyboard.
Step 2: Select the Chrome app from the search results as shown in the below image.
Step 3: After the chrome app opens, it pops up the Who is using Chrome page.
Step 4: On this pop-up page, there is a checkbox called Show on startup at the bottom right corner.
Step 5: You need to uncheck this checkbox by clicking on it for stopping this pop-up to appear every time you launch the Chrome app as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 6: Once done, choose any profile to continue using the Chrome app.
How to Enable Who is using Chrome Pop up after launching the Chrome app
Step 1: For enabling the Who is using Chrome pop-up page after launching the Chrome app, open the Chrome app on your system.
Step 2: After the chrome app opens, click the profile icon on the top right corner of the chrome app window as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 3: Then, click the gear-shaped icon next to Other profiles as shown below.
Step 4: This opens the Who is using Chrome page.
Step 5: Just check the Show on startup checkbox at the bottom right corner of the page as shown below.
Step 6: Select the profile and carry on using the chrome app.
