Additional Fixes
- Check the Messenger Server status – Sometimes, the Messenger application server gets down for maintenance or due to overloaded requests. This can be the reason behind this issue you are facing. So try checking whether the Messenger server is down and if yes, wait for a few hours and try again.
- Test your Internet Connection – For any audio/video call to run smoothly, you need a strong Internet connection. So if the internet connection is weak, you can try restarting the Wi-Fi router, and if the signal is still not strong, you can switch from Wi-Fi to a mobile data network and see if this works.
