Why am I getting the ‘Someone has already set up Teams for your organization’ message?
While there is the free account of MS Teams lets you the service, things are a bit different if you are trying to use the Microsoft Office for Enterprise program. In this case, your office ID can already be linked to the MS Teams by your system administrator. Otherwise, this message may also show up if you are trying to use a free Microsoft account to sign up on the work account.
Fix 1 – Use your official mail ID on Teams
There is a possibility that your office/business ID has been already linked to Microsoft Teams by your system administrator.
Step 1 – Just open your email inbox, and you shall see an invitation to join MS Teams.
Step 2 – Otherwise, just press Ctrl+Shift+N buttons together to open up a new incognito tab.
Step 3 – Use your organizational domain ID (log-in ID, password, authentication key, etc.) to join Microsoft Teams.
If you can sign in to Microsoft Teams and use the services properly, continue to use your organizational credentials to use the Teams app.
Fix 2 – Check the Teams account credentials
See whether you have signed in with correct MS Teams account credentials.
Step 1 – To do this, open up the MS Teams.
Step 2 – Then, look for the Teams account on the right-top corner.
Step 3 – Tap that account there and see the account credentials there.
If you see that you are not logged in with proper credentials, you have to sign out from your current account Teams and re-log in.
Step 4 – To do that, return to the Teams page and tap your account picture on the top corner and use the Sign out function.
Step 5 – Later, log in using proper credentials to get proper access to MS Teams.

Fix 3 – Update the MS Teams
If any update is pending on your Microsoft Teams application, you must install it.
Step 1 – Open up MS Teams on your computer.

Step 2 – Tap Update option, and then use the Update and restart teams option in the drop-down.
