There are new features added by Microsoft for remembering the applications and other preferences of Windows users while using their different devices. Those features are called Remember my apps and Remember my preferences.
But many Windows users recently started complaining that they are able to see those features on the system but are unable to use this feature because Remember my apps and Remember my preferences options are greyed out on their Windows 11 system.
This is really frustrating because they do not know how to resolve this issue. In this article, we have described 2 methods by which the user can fix this problem and make use of this feature on their system.

Step 2: Then click on the OneDrive icon present in the system tray.
