How to fix iPhone Sign out not available due to restrictions

Method 1: Turn off Screen Time

Step 1: Go to Settings on your iPhone.

Method 2: Checking Apple Service Status

Step 1: Open a browser on your iPhone.

Method 3: Check for the latest Software update on your iPhone

Step 1: Go to Settings on your iPhone.

Step 2: Select General on the Settings page.
