Method 1: How to Fix Caps Lock Stuck Issue in Windows PC by Checking the Caps Lock
Step 1: If it’s typing only in Capitals, check if the Caps lock is turned ON or OFF. If it’s ON, press once to switch it OFF and it should be working fine now.

Method 2: How to Fix Caps Lock Stuck Issue in Windows PC Using Function Key
Step 1: Select the text you want to change to lower case, and press Shift + F3 keys together on your keyboard. This will change the letters in Capitals to lower case.
This is an instant fix and you can continue type in lower case. However, if you are still facing the issue, you can move onto the 3rd method.
Method 3: Start using shift Key alternatively for turning On Caps Lock
Step 1: Click on the Start button on your desktop, and click on Settings in the context menu located above the Power button.
Step 2: In the Settings window, click on the Time and Language option.
Step 3: In the Time and Language window, click on Language on the left side of the pane. On the right-hand side of the pane, scroll down and click on Spelling, typing, & keyboard settings under the Related Settings section.
Step 4: On the next page, under Typing > More keyboard settings > click on Advanced keyboard settings.
Step 5: Next, under the Advanced keyboard settings window – find and click on the Language bar options.
Step 6: In the following window (Text Services and Input Languages), > Language Bar tab >Selet the radio button next to the Press the SHIFT key option > Apply > OK.
This will change the Capital letter function from the Caps lock to the SHIFT key. So, now whenever you want to write in Capital letters, simply press the SHIFT key and type in Capitals.
