Can’t see the presentation on Microsoft Teams on web – How to fix

Having some problems seeing presentations on the Microsoft Teams on web? Online presentations on Microsoft Teams covers a significant part of group meeting and conferences. Fix 1 – Clean Up the MS Teams cache

It seems that the Microsoft Teams cache has caused this problem.

Step 1 – At first, close the Microsoft Teams app on your system. To do this, find the MS Teams app from the taskbar and Quit Teams from there.

Step 2 – Then, open a Run window and paste it there.

Step 3 – Once you are there, delete everything from there.

After you have cleared them, close the folder. Now, you can relaunch the Microsoft Teams and app check again.

 

Fix 2 – Use the correct Teams log in credentials

Sometimes, MS Teams may not allow you to view the presentation, if you are not logged in with proper credentials.

Step 1 – One of the easiest ways of checking this is to look at the profile picture on the MS Teams app.

Step 2 – If you are not logged in with the correct organizational account, tap the profile icon once.

Step 3 – Then, tap Sign out to logout from the account.

Step 4 – Later, use the correct credentials to log in to Microsoft Teams and try to view the presentation.

 

Fix 3 – Clear the browser cache (for Teams on web users)

if you’re using Microsoft Teams as a browser, the browser cache can cause this problem.

Step 1 – on the Google Chrome browser, open a new fresh tab and paste it there and hit enter.

Step 2 – Modify the ‘Time Range‘ to ‘Last 4 weeks‘ or ‘All time‘.

Step 3 – Tap the Delete data option to clear out browser data.

After clearing the browser data, you will be logged out of the MS Teams webpage as well. You can just load up the Microsoft Teams on the web and sign into there with the proper credentials.

 

Fix 4 – Activate necessary codecs on Mozilla

Mozilla Firefox utilizes the OpenH264 plug in to carry out the WebRTC based video calls, like the ones you do on Microsoft Teams. So, you must have it enabled on the Firefox.

Step 1 – Paste this directly on a new tab on Firefox and hit Enter.

Step 2 – Look for the OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. plug in there.

Step 3 – If that is disabled, tap the three-dot button there and click “Always Activate” option there to activate the codec.

Once you have modified the codec settings, the change shall start to show the effect immediately. Check out whether the presentation is showing up correctly on MS Teams or not.

 

Fix 5 – Change the browser
