Seeing wrong time and date on your iPhone? Even if you are not dependent on the iPhone to track date and time, it influences so many subtle things that you can’t imagine. There are apps that won’t work, Google Chrome or other essential services would stop function if the date and time settings are set wrong on the device. But, there is nothing to worry. Enact these easy instructions at your end to fix this issue.
Fix 1 – Let iPhone set the time, date
Manual control over the date and time settings can mess up the actual time, date modifiers. So, you must allow the iPhone to set the time, date automatically.
Step 1 – You must load up the Settings window.
Step 2 – Touch the “General” settings.
Step 3 – After loading up the General settings, open the “Date & Time” settings.
Step 4 – Switch the “Set Automatically” option to On mode.
Doing this let the iPhone control the date, time settings on its own. Check the date and time settings, now.
Fix 2 – Turn on the Location Services
The Location Services can be useful for the iPhone to detect the timezone, date and time.
Step 1 – To do this, load up the Settings page.
Step 2 – Next, go to the “Privacy & Security” section of the Settings.
Step 3 – Open up the “Location Services” settings.
Step 4 – Turn on the “Location Services” panel.
After enabling the Location Services, the date and time settings will get preset automatically. See if this works.
Fix 3 – Manually control the date, time settings
If the automatically set date and time settings are giving you trouble, you must set them manually.
Step 1 – What you need at first is to load up the Settings page.
Step 2 – Go to the “General” tab once more.
Step 3 – Just like before, load up the “Date & Time” settings.
Step 4 – After opening it up, turn off the “Set Automatically” option.
This will give you the full control over the date and time settings on the iPhone.

Step 6 – You must set the date and time correctly.
Once you are done, you can use the iPhone as usual. The date and time settings won’t give you problem anymore.
Fix 4 – Reset the network settings
If everything has failed, resetting the network settings can help you fix the date and time settings on the iPhone.
Step 1 – You must open the Settings page.
Step 2 – To reset the network settings, go this way –
General > Transfer or reset iPhone > Reset
Step 3 – Next, select the “Reset Network Settings” option.
This option reset the network parameters on your iPhone. So, you have to reconnect to the Wi-Fi once the process is complete.
