Step 3: Then click on the Chats option from the Settings menu.
Step 4: Now you need to enable the Save to Camera Roll option by clicking on its toggle button as shown.
Fix 2 – Grant Storage Permission on your iPhone
Step 1: All you need to do is go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Once the Settings page opens, click on the Privacy & Security option from the settings menu list as shown below.
Step 3: Here, you need to select the Photos option by clicking on it as shown.
Step 4: Then choose the WhatsApp application from the app list.
Step 5: Make sure you have chosen the All Photos option from the list as shown below.
Fix 3 – Set the Correct Date and Time
Step 1: Go to the Settings page on your iPhone.

Fix 4 – Force Close WhatsApp and Reopen
Step 1: Firstly, you have to open the App Switcher.
Step 2: For that, you should swipe your iPhone screen from the bottom left corner toward the right side.
Step 3: After the App Switcher appears on your iPhone, search for the WhatsApp application and swipe it up to force close it.
Step 4: Once it is closed from running in the background on your iPhone, please go to your home screen and tap on the WhatsApp icon to reopen the application.
