Preliminary Tips
- Restart your device.
- Try to log in from a different device.
- Remove all the Unverified Links from your Account’s Bio.
- If you have spammed by mistake, please try again after a few hours. If it still throws the same error, wait for 24 hours and check again later.
Fix 1 – Log Out and Log In again on the Instagram app
Step 1: Go to your Instagram app and click on the Profile icon at the bottom right side.
Step 2: Then select the three-line hamburger icon at the top right corner as shown below.
Step 3: This will pop up a context menu window on the screen.
Step 4: Tap on the Settings and privacy option from the list as shown.
Step 5: Now scroll down the page all the way up to the bottom and click on Log out.
Step 6: Then tap on Log Out on the pop-up window on the screen.
Step 7: Once done, go to the Instagram initial login screen and try logging in using your account credentials.
Fix 2 – Change your Instagram Password
Step 1: Open the Instagram app, select the Profile Icon at the bottom end, and click on the three-line icon at the top.
Step 2: Then tap on Settings and privacy from the popped-up list.
Step 3: Now select the Accounts Center option.
Step 4: Click on Password and security under Account settings.
Step 5: Click Change password and follow the onscreen instructions thereafter.
Fix 3 – Clear the Instagram Cache
Step 1: Launch the Settings page.
Step 2: Go to the General option.
Step 3: Select the iPhone Storage option by tapping on it as shown.
Step 4: Let it load first and then you have to search for the Instagram option from the list of apps.
Step 5: After you get to the Instagram page, click Offload App.
Step 6: Tap on the Offload App option on the pop-up window as well to continue.
Step 7: It then starts offloading the Instagram app and once it is done, click Reinstall App.
Step 8: Wait for some time till it reinstalls the Instagram app.
Fix 4 – Report the Problem on Instagram
Step 1: First of all, you need to take a screenshot of the Try Again Later error when it appears on the Instagram app.
Step 2: After taking the screenshot, go to the Profile Pic icon at the bottom as shown.
Step 3: Then click on the 3-line menu icon at the top.
Step 4: You now have to select the Settings and privacy option from the popup list.
Step 5: After that, scroll down to the More info and support section at the bottom and tap on Help.
Step 6: Here you should select the Report a Problem option by clicking on it as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 7: Now tap on the Report problem without shaking option.
Step 8: Click Include and Continue.
Step 9: Tap on the Upload option to select the screenshot you captured earlier.
Step 10: After you upload the screenshot, describe briefly the problem in the Description box and click Send.
This report would then be sent to the Instagram team and they would revert back with the best possible solution.
