  1. I received an picture by email and when I went to open it a flashing blue and yellow shield overlay icon appeared on my lower tool bar. It does not respond to right clicks to get to properties nor does any of the icons on my lower tool bar respond to my mouse or touch. I can no longer shut or power down my computer I have to manually shut it down. I access email and google by my desktop icons. How do I get rid of this icon and never have to deal with it again.
