Can’t play any videos on your Reddit playlist? Users use the Reddit to share video clips. So, if you can’t watch any of the shared clips or the videos directly on your Reddit feed from your iPhone, what is the use of it? Fix 1 – Use the Safari in incognito mode
If you are not using the Reddit app, and you are using the app in the Safari browser, try using the Reddit in incognito mode.
Step 1 – While you are in the Safari browser on your iPhone, you will see the tab button on the top-right bottom.
Step 2 – If you tap that icon, you can access all the tabs there.
Step 3 – Now, go to the “Private” tab from the bottom dock. Tap the “+” button.
Step 4 – Load the Reddit website in the private mode.
Step 5 – You will get the ‘See Reddit in…’ panel. Choose the “Continue” beside ‘Safari’ browser to continue in the Safari browser.
Step 6 – Tap the triple dot button in the top bar.
Step 7 – Next, tap the “Log in/Sign up” feature.
Step 8 – Then, try to view some of the videos on your feed.
See whether you can play the videos on Reddit.

Fix 2 – Update the Reddit app on your iPhone
You should definitely look at the App Store if there is an update pending for the Reddit app.
Step 1 – You must open the App Store, first.
Step 2 – When you are there, search for “Reddit” app from the search box.
Step 3 – Later, open the “Reddit” app to load up the Reddit page in App Store.
Step 4 – If you see there is a Reddit app update pending, tap the “Update” option.
Once you have updated the Reddit app, try viewing a video on the Reddit app. Check if this actually helps.
Fix 3 – Reinstall Reddit
Delete the Reddit app and reinstall the same.
Step 1 – To remove the Reddit app, you have to find it first from the App Library.
Step 2 – Search for the “Reddit” app there. Once you have found it, press-hold the “Reddit” app and tap the “Delete App“.
Step 3 – Next, tap the “Delete” function to delete the Reddit app from your iPhone.
You won’t miss anything or none of your data will be deleted from the Reddit app.
Step 4 – Later, visit the App Store on your iPhone.
Step 5 – In there, search for the “Reddit” app and reinstall that.
Once you have reinstalled the Reddit app, open it up.
Step 6 – Next, you have to log in to your Reddit account. When you are logged in, try to play any of the videos in the Reddit feed.
See if you can view the videos without any errors or not. This time, all the videos will be streamed without any issues.
Fix 4 – Access Reddit from other sources
The problem can be related to the Reddit app as well. So, you should consider using the Reddit website to stream the videos directly from the browser page.
Step 1 – Go to a browser tab. Like, open up the Safari browser.
Step 2 – Next, go to the Reddit page.
Step 3 – Reddit does prompt you to open the site in the Reddit. But, you must touch the “Continue” option.
Step 4 – Just like the Reddit app, log in using your Reddit log-in IDs.
Step 5 – Once you are logged into the Reddit page, you can play those videos once again.
If the videos are all playing normally, the problem lies within the Reddit app.
So, continue using the Reddit from the browser page.
Fix 5 – Use Wi-Fi to stream videos on Reddit
If you can’t stream the Reddit videos on Wi-Fi, you must switch to the Wi-Fi mode to stream videos. You can stream videos at the highest quality and no buffering if you are using Wi-Fi.
