Fix 3 – Reactivate the Netflix account

Netflix has this option where you can delete account permanently. If you have discontinued your Netflix subscription, that doesn’t automatically delete your account from your servers. Netflix only deletes the unused accounts after a grace period of a year or so. You can recover the account simply by logging into the account once.

Fix 4 – Check the internet connection

The offline mode of Netflix sometimes doesn’t allow the profile selection console. It automatically selects the profile where you have downloaded movies or series. You can just go online, and you will get the profile selection page on the Netflix app once again.

Using Netflix on an unstable mobile data may lead you to this problem. Try using the Netflix on a better network to fix the problem.

Fix 5 – Keep track of device activity

Someone may be deleting or removing from your profile from one of the logged devices.

Step 1 – Load up the Netflix on your browser or app on your phone.

Step 2 – Next, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner and tap “Account“.
