Chrome extensions not showing in toolbar – How to fix

Fix – Pin the Extension

The best way to see those extensions is to pin them on the browser. Pin the extensions only

Step 1 – Open up the Google Chrome browser.

Step 2 After launching the browser, you will find the 🧩 icon beside the address bar. This contains all the Chrome extensions installed on your Chrome.

Step 3 – Find the extension that you want to pin in there.

Step 4 – Now, just right-tap the extension there and tap the “📌” button to pin the extension on the Google Chrome.

Once you have pinned the extension, you will see it in the same panel on the browser page.

 

How to unpin the Extension?

Now, suppose you have pinned too many extensions on Google Chrome. This can clutter the panel on the side of the address bar. The address bar will be shortened as well.

Step 1 – Open up the Google Chrome browser.

Step 2 – On the Chrome browser, look at the pinned extensions.

Step 3 – Right-click on such pinned extension and tap “Unpin extension” to unpin the extension.

Repeat the same steps to unpin any unnecessary extensions from the Chrome browser. You won’t face this problem on Google Chrome again.
