Step 1: Open Settings app on your system by pressing Windows + I keys together on your keyboard.
Step 2: Then, Select Time & language option from the left side menu of Settings app.
Step 3: On the right side of the window, Select Language & region as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 4: In the language & region page, under Region section Select dropdown option of Regional format as shown below.
Step 5: Then, Select the appropriate regional format from the dropdown list as per your wish as shown below.
Step 6: Close the Settings window.

How to Change Regional Format in Windows 11 Using Control Panel
Step 1: Open Run dialog box by pressing Windows + R keys on your keyboard.
Step 2: Then, type intl.cpl in the run dialog box and press the Enter key to open Region settings window directly.
Step 3: Click Formats tab and then, click Format dropdown option to see the dropdown list as shown below.
Step 4: From the dropdown list, select the regional format you want to set as shown below.
Step 5: After selecting the region format settings, Click Apply and OK to make changes.
Step 6: Finally, Close the control panel window.
