A set of Apple user have faced this weird problem where they have to use their speakers to listen to the caller on their iPhone. Normally, the voice from the other end comes out of the earpiece of the device. But, if you are affected by this problem, you have to use your speaker to listen to all of your calls, you must be on the hunt for a resolution.
Fix 1 – Set the Ringer volume to full
Set the Ringer volume on the iPhone to the highest level on the iPhone.
Step 1 – Simply, toggle the Control Center.
Step 2 – Next, increase the ringer volume to the maximum limit, from there.

Fix 2 – Check the Alert slider status

Step 1 – Load up your device settings and go to the “Accessibility” module.
Step 2 – Later, open up the “Audio/Visual” section.
Step 3 – Disable the “Phone Noise Cancellation” feature.
Give the iPhone another chance. Look, whether you can actually hear something from the earpiece.
Fix 5 – Enable Hearing Aid Compatibility
The Hearing Aid Compatibility can help increase the earpiece volume on your iPhone.
Step 1 – Load up the Settings and go to the “Accessibility” tab.
Step 2 – But this time, you have to go to the “Hearing Devices” panel.
Step 3 – Turn on the “Hearing Aid Compatibility” mode.

Fix 6 – Look for foreign elements
If there are any obstructions in the earpiece port, this sort of problem can begin to surface.
Step 1 – You can visually inspect the earpiece channel on the iPhone
Step 2 – Try to find anything that can obstruct the earpiece of the device.
