Can’t hear calls except speaker phone issue on iPhone – How to fix

A set of Apple user have faced this weird problem where they have to use their speakers to listen to the caller on their iPhone. Normally, the voice from the other end comes out of the earpiece of the device. Fix 1 – Set the Ringer volume to full

Set the Ringer volume on the iPhone to the highest level on the iPhone.

Fix 5 – Enable Hearing Aid Compatibility

The Hearing Aid Compatibility can help increase the earpiece volume on your iPhone.
