WhatsApp Not Showing in Notifications Settings on iPhone [Fixed]

Fix 1 – Turn On WhatsApp Notifications in the Settings app

Step 1: To start with, you have to go to the Settings app.

Fix 2 – Reset Location & Privacy Settings

Step 1: You have to go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Afterwards, go to the General option.

Step 3: Tap on the Transfer or Reset iPhone option as shown below.

Step 4: Now select the Reset option by tapping on it.

Step 5: This pops up a context menu list on the iPhone screen.

Step 6: You have to select the Reset Location & Privacy option from the list as shown below.

Step 7: It will ask you to provide the iPhone passcode on the next page to continue.

Step 8: Finally, click Reset Settings on the pop-up window as shown.

This will now begin resetting the location and privacy settings on your iPhone.

Fix 3 – Verify the Screen Time Settings for Allowed Apps

Step 1: Launch the Settings app first.

Step 2: Select the Screen Time option from the settings list as shown below.

Step 4: Then click on the Allowed Apps option.

Step 5: You will see the list of apps.

Step 6: Find the WhatsApp option and make sure it is enabled.

Fix 4 – Re-install the WhatsApp application on iPhone

Step 1: You first should long press the WhatsApp app icon from the home screen.

Step 2: Then it will pop-up a context menu of the WhatsApp app.

Step 6: This starts to uninstall/delete the WhatsApp app from your iPhone.

Step 7: Once WhatsApp is deleted, you have to open the App Store.

Step 8: Search for the WhatsApp application and then click Cloud-Shaped Symbol on the WhatsApp page.

Step 9: This will then begin downloading and installing the WhatsApp app on your iPhone.

Fix 5 – Force Restart your iPhone

Step 1: Press the volume-up button on the side of the iPhone.

Step 2: Release it quickly.

Step 3: Repeat the same with the volume-down button.

Step 4: Afterwards, you have to tap and hold on to the power button on the other side of the iPhone.

Step 5: When you get to see the Apple Logo, please release the power button.
