Does your Snapchat app not loading the latest snaps on your iPhone? Snapchat is all about sharing the images on the go. So, if you can’t have access to those quick snaps or the photos, what is the use of that social media? These steps should be useful in troubleshooting that problem.
Fix 1 – Force quit the Snapchat app
It is just a nothing but a bug in the Snapchat app. So, just force-quit the app. Later, when you relaunch the app, you will see the snaps right there.
Step 1 – Simply, put your finger on the screen and pull it upwards to view all the opened app screens.
Step 2 – Quit the Snapchat app from there.
Later, relaunch the Snapchat app and look whether you can use the snaps or access the snaps there.

Step 1 – You can check this out from Down Detector.
Step 2 – Search for “Snapchat servers down detector”.
Step 3 – Next, click on the first link that takes you to the Down detector page.
Step 4 – There you will see the Down Detector showing whether the Snapchat servers are active and functional, or, there are some issue with it.
If there are many reports of Snapchat server outages, there is nothing you can do except to wait for the servers to become operational.
Fix 4 – Log out of the Snapchat app
Logging out of the Snapchat account and signing back into that should help you resolve the problem.
Step 1 – Go to your Snapchat app, if you are not there already.

Fix 5 – Try to update the Snapchat app
Finally, if you are yet to locate the Snaps on the Snapchat app, you should update the Snapchat app to the latest version.
Step 1 – Go to the App Store page.
Step 2 – Next, tap the profile picture (your Apple ID) to load the profile.
Step 3 – Start to scroll down and look for the Snapchat app update there on the page.
Step 4 – If there is an update pending, tap the “Update” function to update the Snapchat app.
