Fix 1 – Disable Focus Status
The Focus Status mode restricts all the push notifications from all the application for a certain period of time.
Step 1 – The part of this Focus Status mode is Do Not Disturb mode. So, you must load up the Settings page.
Step 2 – Later, go to the “Focus” settings.
Step 3 – Tap the “Focus Status” option there.
Step 4 – Disable the “Do Not Disturb” mode.

Step 4 – Turn on the “Allow Notifications” module.

Fix 4 – Enable the background app refresh
Turn on the background app refresh for the application in question. This way, the app can run in the background.
Step 1 – View the Settings page on your iPhone.
Step 2 – Get to the “General” tab.
Step 3 – Go find the “Background App Refresh” module and open it up.
Step 4 – Now, all you have to do is to enable the application in there. So, find the app and make sure it is turned on.
