iPhone screen doesn’t turn off during call – How to fix

Your iPhone’s display automatically turns off while taking a call. But, some users have complained about this issue where the display seems not to be turning off while on a call. This is a significant problem that you must not overlook. If the iPhone screen is turned on while you are calling someone, the call can get disconnected or put on hold due to mistouch. Fix 1 – Turn off Raise to Wake function

You should turn offf the Raise to Wake function on your iPhone.

Step 1 – To do this, open the iPhone Settings.

Step 2 – Next, open the “Display & Brightness” menu there.

Fix 2 – Enable or disable Prevent lock to end call

The proximity sensor located in the FaceID (or on the Dynamic island) region is responsible for turning on or off the iPhone screen during a call. Step 1 – Take a clean piece of cloth.
