Fix 1 – Turn off the Attention Aware Features
Switching off the Attention Aware feature on your iPhone should solve the automatic volume issue.

Fix 3 – Turn off the Headphone Safety feature

Step 2 – When Sounds & Haptics page opens up, load the “Headphone Safety” settings.
