The circular images on a Word document or PowerPoint slide is used to show the profile picture of the user. While both the processors from the Microsoft Office suite app allows users to insert images, it doesn’t provide direct image-editing tools on the main app screen. We have shown two methods where you can insert your image, crop them to circle, add borders and place them in their perfect location on MS Word.

Method – 1 Insert the image and crop it

In this method, we are going to insert the image in the Word document and crop it in circular fashion to get the desired effect.

Step 1 – Open up the MS Word or PowerPoint.

Step 2 Then, go to the “Insert” in the menu-bar and choose the “Pictures” option.
