How to clear cache in new Microsoft Teams
The locaiton of the stored Teams cache has changed in the latest version of the Teams app.
Step 1 – Quit the current instance of the Microsoft Teams app.
Step 2 – Closing the MS Teams minimizes it to the Taskbar corner overflow area. So, tap that button once to see all the icons there.
Step 3 – The Microsoft Teams logo will be there. Right-click that and “Quit” to quit the Teams app.
Step 4 – Now, hold down the Windows and the R keys, briefly.
Step 5 – Later, paste this address into the box and hit Enter.

Step 6 – Teams stores the local cache on your computer here.

How to clear cache in classic Microsoft Teams
Clearing the cache on the older/classic Teams is quite easy.
Step 1 – Quit the current instance of MS Teams.
Step 2 – End the MS Teams application, running in the background. Do this from the taskbar corner overflow button.
Step 3 – After this, open the Run window.
Step 4 – There, put this address and click the “OK” button.

Step 5 – After this, select all the contents inside the Teams folder and empty it.
