Solution 3: Clear App Data and Cache of Google Speech Services

Step 1: As usual, launch the Settings application by clicking on its icon from the applications drawer.

Step 4: On the App info screen of Speech Service by Google application, click on the Storage option.
Step 5: Now, at the bottom of the Storage screen, click on the Clear data button and the Clear cache button to clear off the app data and app cache.
Solution 4: Force Stop Google Speech Services
This is the last solution you should try if none of the above-listed solutions work for you. After trying this solution, your issue will most definitely be fixed, if it is still present.
Step 1: From the applications drawer, click on the Settings application icon.
Step 2: Click on the Apps tile next.
Step 3: Scroll through the list of applications, find and click on the one named Speech Services by Google.
Step 4: On the App info screen, at the bottom, click on the Force stop button to force stop the application.
