Does the watch face on your Apple Watch keeps on changing automatically? Watch face or the skin on your Apple Watch holds a greater importance than any other items on your wearable. So, you won’t like it if the watch face just keeps changing again and again. There are particular solutions that you can follow to fix this watch face changing issue on the device.
Fix 1 – Disable swipe to switch face
There is a facility in the Apple Watch that enables you to switch the watch faces with a simple swipe action.
Step 1 – Tap the crown button on the Apple Watch.
Step 2 – Go to the “Settings” icon on the watch to load up the watch settings.
Step 3 – In the Settings page, tap the “Clock” function.
Step 4 – Find the “Swipe to Switch Watch Face” option. Disable it from there.
After disabling this feature, swiping across the watch won’t change the watch face on the wearable.

Step 1 – Just press and hold the current watch face on the Apple Watch.
Step 2 – Next, find any unnecessary watch face in there by swiping sideways.
Step 3 – Now, just swipe upwards to open the watch face settings.
Step 4 – After this, hit the “Remove” button to remove that watch face.
Step 5 – Continue to do the something for any other unwanted watch faces as well.
After removing the watch faces, the problem will disappear.
Fix 3 – Use the Water lock mode
There is another workaround for this problem. Use the watch in Water Lock mode.
Step 1 – Tap the side button on the watch once.
Step 2 – Next, tap the water droplet icon in there to impose the water lock mode on the watch.
The watch faces won’t change automatically while you are using the water lock mode.
Fix 4 – Impose a passcode on the watch
You can put up a passcode on the watch to avoid any unnecessary watch face changes.
Step 1 – Open the Apple Watch screen.
Step 2 – Next, tap the crown on the side of the device.
Step 3 – Now, tap the Settings icon in there to load up the watch settings.
Step 4 – Find the “Passcode” settings in there and load it up.
Step 5 – Tap the “Turn Passcode on” option.
Step 6 – You can use a simple 4-digit passcode to implement it on the watch. Choose a random set of numbers that you can recall.
Step 7 – Then, re-enter the same passcode on the watch to impose it.
Once you have implemented the passcode, the watch face won’t change automatically.
