Apple Watch Bluetooth is not working – How to fix

Having some problems with the Bluetooth on your Apple Watch? The Bluetooth connection on your watch is the primary link between the watch and your iPhone or other iOS devices. Even while you are setting up the watch, you need to turn on the Bluetooth on both the devices.

 

Fix 1 – Turn on the Bluetooth manually

You may enable the Bluetooth manually on your Apple Watch.

Step 1 – To load up the list of apps, tap the digital crown on the watch.

Step 2 – Next, tap the “⚙” button to load up the Settings.

Step 3 – After you load up the “Bluetooth” settings while scrolling down through the page. Open it up as soon as you see it.

Step 4 – Later, scroll a bit down and turn on the “Bluetooth” settings.

After turning on the Bluetooth, it will automatically establish the link. Check if this works.

 

Fix 2 – Refresh the network using airplane mode

You can invoke the Airplane mode and later revoke that to refresh up the network system on the Apple Watch. This will re-enable the Bluetooth features.

Step 1 – Simply, tap the side button once.

Step 2 – Next, toggle the “Airplane mode” from the Control Center.

Step 3 – Leave the watch alone for 4–5 seconds in that flight mode.

Step 4 – Later, tap the “Airplane mode” button to turn that off.

After turning that off, feel free to use the Bluetooth on your Apple Watch.

 

Fix 3 – Force fully restart the watch

You can force reboot your Apple Watch to solve this issue.

Step 1 – Simply, hold down the crown button and the side button together on your Apple Watch.

Step 2 – If you hold these two buttons together for long, the watch will turn off automatically, and you will find the Apple logo at the center of the watch screen.

This means that your Apple Watch has started successfully.

 

Fix 4 – Reset the Apple Watch and pair it up

If you have reached this, then that means no other fixes have worked out for you. So, while you are in the last resort territory, you have to reset the Apple Watch.

Step 1 – Load up the Watch app on your iPhone. Reach the “My Watch” section.

Step 2 – Then, go to the “General” tab.



Step 3 – Later, reach the “Reset” option while scrolling down all the way to the bottom.

Once you have reset the Apple Watch, you have to pair it up afresh. When that is done, you can use the watch again.
