Why App Store wallet balance is not updating?
Apple ID balance or App Store wallet balance reflects the amount you have on the wallet. Now, whenever you transfer money from your bank account to the wallet, it goes through authorized channels. Now, this entire process of the balance getting deducted from your account and getting credited to your Apple ID wallet balance, it takes some time. So, you must wait for an hour or two and check for the balance update.
The scenario completely changes if you have an impending refund against a previous app or item purchase in App Store. It takes around 24 to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account balance.
Fix – 1 Force close the App Store
A sudden glitch can cause the issue in the App Store. So, force-close the App Store once and re-open to check the balance.
Step 1 – Just start by swiping up from the bottom down to open the lists of apps.
Step 2 – There, find the App Store and close it immediately.
Step 3 – Later, you can just open up the App Store. Or, you can just open up the Apple ID from the settings and check the balance from there.

Fix 2 – Sign out from your Apple ID and log in
Another solution that you can try to is sign out from your Apple ID and log in to your account once more.
STEP 1 – Sign out of the Apple ID
Step 1 – Go to the iPhone Settings.

Step 3 – Now, if you just scroll down to the bottom, you can use the “Sign out” option there to sign out from your Apple ID.
Step 4 – It will demand the Apple ID password for it to verify the signing out process.
Step 5 – Once you do that, tap “Done” on the top to do that.
Within a few seconds, you will be signed out of the Apple ID from the device.
Step 6 – You will get a prompt on what to do with the data stored on the iPhone.
Step 7 – You can choose it according to your preference or, you can just tap “Sign out” option and tap the “Sign out” in the prompt to log out.
STEP 2 – Sign in using the Apple ID
Now, you have to sign in to your iPhone using the same Apple ID.
Step 1 – Now, you have to come back to the Settings home page.
Step 2 – Tap the “Sign in to your iPhone” option at the top.
Step 3 – Now, you must fill the box with the Apple ID associated email ID, followed by the password to log in.
Step 4 – Apple will send a notification to your other Apple devices, which contains a code that you have to use to verify the log-in process.
Now, go and check the new Apple ID wallet balance. This time, it will show you the correct amount.

If the correct amount doesn’t show up, even after waiting for an hour or two, you should contact the Apple Support to sort this out.
