1 thought on “What is WIA Scanner Error and how to Fix it?”

  1. Method 1 does not resolve my scanner problem
Method 2: all my drivers are up-to-date. Also for me Method 2 isn’t working either
After starting up my PC and in the case I need to scan, I use a work-around: Restart the WIA-service manually (though start-up type is Automatic and in the Log On tab Methode 1 is active). Sometimes, I don’t know why, I don’t need to restart the WIA-service, after starting my PC.
My scanner is CanonScan 9000F . I use Windows 11 Pro. Canon does not provide yet a driver related to my scanner newer then Windows 10.
