Telegram not working on Mobile data in iPhone: Fix

Is the Telegram app not working on mobile data on your iPhone? While troubleshooting this problem, you should definitely connect the iPhone to a Wi-Fi and check whether the Telegram app is working or not. If you can use the Telegram on Wi-Fi, then the problem lies in the Telegram app settings.

Fix 1 – Allow the Telegram app to use mobile data

The most basic reason why this is happening is because the usage of cellular data is prohibited to the Telegram app.

Step 1 – The only way you can fix this is to open the Settings.

Step 2 – Open up the “Mobile Service” settings.

Once you have allowed the Telegram app access to the mobile services, you can use the Telegram app using mobile data.

So, turn on the mobile data and try to send a message in the Telegram app.

Fix 2 – Turn off the Low Power Mode

Apple can restrict the background activity of the Telegram app using the mobile data, if the iPhone is in low power mode.

Step 1 – Load the iPhone Settings and open up the “Battery” settings.
