iPhone not turning on – How to fix

Can’t turn on your iPhone? This is a rare problem where the iPhone users seem unable to turn on their devices. It is tough to identify the actual reason behind the issue for the broad spectrum of affected users. But, as you are locked out of the device, there are only a certain step that you can implement. Fix 1 – Force restart the iPhone

The basic preliminary solution that you can implement in these cases is, the force-reboot process. So, simply force-reboot the iPhone following these easy steps.

Step 1 – Just hit and release the iPhone’s Volume Up button from the side of the device.

Step 2 – Next, do the same with the Volume Down button as well.



Step 3 – Now, the third and final step is very important. So, tap and hold the Power button on the device.

Keep holding that Power button until the iPhone automatically restarts. The amount of time that you have to keep pressing that button varies one case to another. You may have to hold on it for an entire minute.

Fix 2 – Check the charger cable

If you have got yourself a faulty charger cable, the iPhone may not get charged properly and present this error.

Step 1 – One of the easiest way of checking the viability of the cable is to put the device on charge.

Step 2 – It is better to put any of the devices on charge and see whether the cable is actually working or not.

If there is a defect in the wire, and you have to replace it with a new one.

 

Fix 3 – Try repairing the iPhone via iTunes

If this one doesn’t work, you must repair the device via iTunes.

A. A laptop, PC or a MacBook

B. Suitable connecting cable to connect the iPhone

Step 1 – At first, use the connecting cable to connect it to your computer/ MacBook.

Step 2 – Next, just press and release the Volume Plus button once.

Step 3 – Next, do the same with the Volume Down button.

Step 4 – Furthermore, hard-press the Power button on your iPhone.

This is the sign that your iPhone has now entered the Recovery Mode.

Step 6 – Load the iTunes app on your computer. If you haven’t got that, install that from the Microsoft Store.

Step 8 – If this is the first time you are using the app, you have to tap the “Sign in to the iTunes Store” option.
