The process of resyncing the Apple Watch is simple. It is a 3-step procedure where you have to reset the synchronized data and unpair the watch. Then, you can pair up the watch once again to reset the sync chain.

Step 1 – Reset the sync data

You have to reset the synchronized data directly from the Watch app.
