Fix – Delete the backup in the iCloud
One of the easiest ways to take care of this is to delete the existing backup from your iPhone. You should recreate the same backup.
Step 1 – Open the iPhone Settings. Go to the Apple ID settings.
Step 2 – Next, open up the “iCloud” settings from there.
Step 3 – In the iCloud page, tap “Manage Account Storage” or tap the “Storage” part.
Step 4 – Now, you will see a backup there. You have to delete this current backup.
Step 5 – Delete the backup from there.
Step 5 – After deleting the backup, return to the Apple ID home page.
Step 6 – Open up the “iCloud” account.
Step 7 – This time, scroll all the way to the bottom of the iCloud page and tap the “iCloud Backup” option.
