What is a safe sender list and how to add an email to a Safe Sender list?

The main idea of the Safe Sender list is the list of trusted addresses that holds much importance than other random sender addresses. You can create this Safe Sender List so that any email messages from the enlisted sender doesn’t end up in the spam or junk email inboxes. If you have certain automated filters at place, these email messages won’t get affected as well.  There are many things that you can do with the Safe Sender List.

But, before you delve into the advanced utilities of the Safe Sender list, you have to know how to add an email to that list. There are two methods that you can follow, like, you can add the particular email directly to the contacts list. Otherwise, you can create a separate filter to do the job.

Method 1 – Add the email ID to contact’s list

Step 1 – Load up the Gmail client on the browser.

Step 2 – Now, you have to get to the sender email address that you want to add to the Safe Sender list. To do that, open up any email from that particular sender.
