Why eSIM is not working on your iPhone?
The reason why you can’t use the eSIM is because unlike the physical SIM, the eSIM actually is dependent upon the profile provided by the carrier operator that you are using. So, if there is even a small disparity in the eSIM settings or corruption in the eSIM profiles, the eSIM won’t work.

Fix 1 – Disable and enable the SIM on the line
Try disabling the ‘Turn on SIM on this line’ feature and re-enabling it.

Step 2 – There, open up the “Mobile Service” to open it up.
Step 3 – Look for the eSIM profile in there. The one that contains the “🅿” sign, is your physical SIM.

Fix 2 – Delete the eSIM

Step 1 – Once again, go to the Settings tab.
Step 2 – Load up the “Mobile Service” settings.
Step 3 – Next, go to the eSIM profile.
Step 4 – Scroll down through that and tap the “Delete eSIM” option.
Ignore any warning message and delete the eSIM profile.
