Apple Watch is not in sync – How to fix

Facing some problem syncing data on your Apple Watch? Your Apple Watch should automatically synchronize different set of data, like sensor metrics, call and message data, other fitness data, etc. If you are not getting updated data from the Apple Watch on your iPhone, that means the synchronization chain is broken. You may take these steps to counter this problem.

Fix 1 – Resync the Apple Watch data

You can actually sync your Apple Watch and the iPhone just by placing them side by side. The Apple Watch and iPhone should be near each other. As long as the Bluetooth is enabled and connected, your data should get synced right away.

Fix 2 – Reset the sync data of iPhone

There is a dedicated option present in the Apple Watch application that can reset the sync data. You may use this feature to resync the watch data directly from there.

Step 1 – To do this, load up the Watch app, first.

Step 2 – Get to the “My Watch” tab on the left-hand tab.

Step 3 – Then, go to the “General” tab.
