Any iPhone users can easily check all the devices where they have logged in using their Apple ID on their iPhones. Simply going to the Apple ID page on the iPhone, loads all the trusted devices listed at the bottom.
Several iPhone users have reported lately that they are unable to see the trusted devices list and instead found an error that says “Trusted devices list is not available” on their iPhones.
This can be probably because of issues with the Apple ID, internal iPhone Settings, poor internet connection, or even possibly due to the outdated iOS on iPhone.

How to Fix Trusted devices list is not available Error on iPhone
If none of the above preliminary fixes helped in resolving this error, then you can perform this method in order to fix it by simply signing out of the Apple ID from your iPhone and performing reset all settings. After that, sign in back using the Apple ID and you can see that this error is disappeared.
Follow the steps below on how you can do it.
Step 1: Open the Settings page first on your iPhone.
Step 2: Then tap on the Profile Name to open the Apple ID page as shown below.
Step 3: Next scroll down the Apple ID page and tap on the Sign Out option at the bottom of the page as shown.
Step 4: Enter your Apple ID password in the given field and tap on the Turn Off button at the top right side of the screen as shown below.
Step 5: Now tap on the Sign Out option at the top right corner of the window.
Step 6: Once again tap on the Sign Out option on the pop up window for confirmation.
Step 7: This will sign out of your Apple ID from your iPhone.
Step 8: After you have signed out from the Apple ID, you need to reset all settings on the iPhone.
Step 9: To do so, first go to the General option on the Settings page as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 10: On the General page, scroll down and select the Transfer or Reset iPhone option at the bottom.
Step 11: Now choose the Reset option by tapping on it.
Step 12: This pops up a small window where you need to tap on the Reset All Settings option.
Step 13: Enter the passcode for verification purposes.
Step 14: After you have verified your passcode, tap on Reset All Settings on the confirm window at the bottom.
Step 15: This starts resetting all the settings on your iPhone and restarts your iPhone in the process.
Step 16: After your iPhone starts, go to the Settings page and tap on Sign in to your iPhone at the top of the page as shown below.
Step 17: Enter the Apple ID carefully and password and tap on Next as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 18: This will sign in to your iPhone using the Apple ID.
Step 19: You probably have to enter the passcode as well for the final verification.
After you are signed in to your iPhone, check whether the issue got resolved or not.
Check Internet Connection
After retrieving all the information about your Apple ID, it loads the Apple ID page with the trusted devices list but it needs a good internet connection on your iPhone.
When the internet connection is weak or unstable on the iPhone, it will have a difficulty in loading the trusted devices list. So make sure there is a good internet connection on your iPhone. If you are connected to any weak Wi-Fi signal, enable the Mobile Data by following the below steps.
Step 1: Open the Settings page on the iPhone.
Step 2: Then tap on the Mobile Data option.
Step 3: Now you need to enable the Mobile Data option by tapping on its toggle button as shown in the below screenshot.
Update your iPhone
Some iPhone users have claimed that they have resolved most problems on their iPhones by just updating their iOS on the iPhone. We suggest our users to try updating the iPhone using the steps explained below.
Step 1: This fix would be to check if there are any updates available for your iPhone.
Step 2: You have to go to the Settings page on your iPhone and tap on the General option.
Step 3: Then select the Software Update option by tapping on it once and wait for a few seconds until it loads the page.
Step 4: If there are any updates available, please tap on Download and Install to update your iPhone.
Verify the Apple ID carefully
If you have entered the wrong Apple ID and logged in using it, it might not show the trusted devices list you are looking for. So just check whether the Apple ID with which you have logged in is correct or not.
