Trusted devices list is not available Error on iPhone [Solved]

Follow the steps below on how you can do it.

Step 1: Open the Settings page first on your iPhone.

Step 4: Enter your Apple ID password in the given field and tap on the Turn Off button at the top right side of the screen as shown below.

Step 6: Once again tap on the Sign Out option on the pop up window for confirmation.

Step 7: This will sign out of your Apple ID from your iPhone.

Step 8: After you have signed out from the Apple ID, you need to reset all settings on the iPhone.

Step 13: Enter the passcode for verification purposes.

Step 14: After you have verified your passcode, tap on Reset All Settings on the confirm window at the bottom.

Step 15: This starts resetting all the settings on your iPhone and restarts your iPhone in the process.

Step 18: This will sign in to your iPhone using the Apple ID.

Check Internet Connection

After retrieving all the information about your Apple ID, it loads the Apple ID page with the trusted devices list but it needs a good internet connection on your iPhone.

When the internet connection is weak or unstable on the iPhone, it will have a difficulty in loading the trusted devices list. So make sure there is a good internet connection on your iPhone. If you are connected to any weak Wi-Fi signal, enable the Mobile Data by following the below steps.
