Snapchat Support Code C14A error: Fix

Getting the “Something went wrong. Support Code c14A” on the Snapchat app on your iPhone? This error code emerges from the Snapchat’s server side connection, as it is unable to log you into your account. These following solutions will be helpful fixing the Snapchat problem on your iPhone.

 

Fix 1 – Use a VPN to log in

Sometimes, Snapchat may not permit the signing in process if you are trying to do that from a different location altogether.

Step 1 – So, you should install and use a free VPN tool. Get to the App Store.

Step 2 – Search for a free VPN there.

Once you are using the VPN network, open up the Snapchat app and try to log in to it.

Fix 2 – Rectify the date and time settings

If the date and time settings on your iPhone doesn’t match the time of your location, you can’t enter into your Snapchat account.

Fix 3 – Use a different network

Step 1 – So, we recommend a switch of the network options. Like, if you are using Wi-Fi, use the mobile network to log in to the Snapchat app.
