You don’t want your iPhone to get stuck in sleep mode on your iPhone. The Sleep Mode is one of the key focus modes that put chains on several systems on your device, isolating you from other disturbance to offer you a good night’s sleep. But, the exigence of the Sleep Mode ends as soon as you wake up. So, you don’t want your device to get stuck in sleep mode. If you just follow these steps, you can get out of the Sleep Mode in no time.
Fix 1 – Disable the Sleep Mode from screen
Method 1
You can do this directly from the lock screen of your device.
Step 1 – Simply, wake up the device using the power button once.
Step 2 – Next, tap and hold the “Sleep” mode to access it.
Step 3 – Tap the “Sleep” mode once to remove it from your device.
Method 2
Use the Control Center to get out of the Sleep Mode.
Step 1 – Swipe down from the top to open the Control Center.
Step 2 – Tap once on the “Sleep” focus mode and turn it off from there.
This way, you can get rid of the sleep mode on your device.
Fix 2 – Change the Sleep mode schedule
Modify the sleep mode schedule so that the focus mode turns off in correct time.
Step 1 – You have to open the Health app.
Step 2 – Go to the “Browse” mode.
Step 3 – So, go to the “Sleep” module.
Step 4 – Find the ‘Your Schedule’ tab. Tap the “Edit” button to edit the schedule.
Step 5 – Here you will get a rotating crown. Rotate this crown to adjust the sleep schedule properly.
Step 6 – Make sure Sleep Mode ends before you are waking up or need the device for use.
Step 7 – Don’t forget to tap the “Done” button to save the changes.
This way, your device won’t get stuck into the sleep mode again.
Fix 3 – Force restart the device
If you are still stuck, you should just force restart the device to get out of it.
Step 1 – You need to press the Volume Up button once and release that.
Step 2 – Next, hit and release the Volume Down button of the device.
Step 3 – Lastly, press and hold the Power button and this time, don’t let go of it, untill you see the apple logo appearing on the screen. Once you see the apple logo, leave the power button.
While this force-restarts the device, unlock your device once it boots up. This should relive you from the stuck situation.
Fix 4 – Use other focus mode
You can revert the device to another mode like Work or Personal mode.
Step 1 – Open the Control Center quickly.
Step 2 – Then, tap the “Focus” mode button in there.
Step 3 – Choose any focus mode other than the Sleep mode or DND mode.
Other focus modes doesn’t restrict notifications so much. So, you can use your device without severe limitations.
