Preliminary Fixes

Check for the Internet connection

Most of the time, users tend to think that there must be something wrong with their iPhones or the application that is causing an issue. Whereas the real reason might be the internet connectivity on their iPhones which is much needed to run the application.

So you have to make sure you have a stable internet connection. To do so, open the Youtube application once and see if you are able to access any videos. If you detect that it is an internet connection problem then please disconnect the Wi-Fi signal and restart the router. Then connect it back.
