When the question arises about the security of a device, iPhones reign supreme. The part of the iPhone’s security is the Apple Passcode and the Face ID verification process. The Apple Passcode is a 6 digit security key that is linked to your Apple ID directly. This security passkey is essential in proper security and maintenance of the device.

The Passcode holds higher level of importance than any other security measures of the device, like Face ID. You can’t bypass the Passkey request whenever the iPhone reboots. This is also another security measure to keep away the abuse of Face ID tech. So, if losing the ability to type the passcode is almost equal to losing the device. This is not normal and for sure it is just a bug or glitch.
