I followed all of the steps, and it still goes to sleep. I also changed the power plan, and it specifically says what the settings are. Yet, it still goes to sleep.

have you checked your power plan. it may be that your default power plan may be having a different settings

The computer STILL sleeps after 2 minutes of inactivity of mouse or keyboard.
