How to Diagnose a Broken Key
Since a broken key does not send any electronic signal to the computer, this tool (or any software) cannot strictly "detect" it. However, you can identify it by process of elimination:
- Working Key: Turns Blue when pressed, then Green when released.
- Broken/Dead Key: Remains White when you press it. If you push the physical button and nothing happens on screen, the key is not sending a signal.
- Stuck Key: Turns Blue and stays Blue even after you release it.
