					<description><![CDATA[I have tried all three of these suggestions, and none of them worked.  I can see on the onscreen audio mixer on OBS that audio should distinctly be left and right, but it plays only in mono.  Additionally, if I record audio that is panned left (and shows that way on OBS) or panned right, when played back (even on a different device) it is in mono.  It is as if Windows is converting the audio to mono before recording in addition to playing back stereo sources (like stereo channel checks) in  mono.
