Method 1: Chrome will allow “Download”, but won’t open a PDF in the Chrome window. Chrome doesn’t crash, the window it opens just stays blank. It used to work fine, but stopped working recently.

Thanks, but it’s not working for me, either. My version is up-to-date: Version 91.0.4472.164 (Official Build) (64-bit).

My PDF slider was already in the off position. But after trying a few things, I thought to slide it on and then off again. That fixed the problem.
