					<description><![CDATA[Thanks Madhuparna...!!! I was really struggling to hide/collapse the system icons in a tray on the right side of my Taskbar after I changed my Laptop. I checked all the options in the Windows 10 ver 1903 Settings again and again but could not unravel myself the option you have shown in Method 1 above (Windows Settings are really very user unfriendly in may places... :-)). Then I saw the Method 1 suggested by you above and it worked like magic. Keep it up with these great tips...!!!]]></description>
